Breakfast was great and had a variety of options. The location was convenient and walking distance to many shopping opportunities. It’s also very easy to travel via local rail. The staff were very personable and made you feel like family. They were very reasonable with making our stay as comfortable as possible after bringing up concerns.

The hotel met my expectations. The rooms were clean, all facilities in the room were working well. Daily adjustment of coffee/tea. Located close to the boulevard, but you need to walk a little to get to the tram and bus stops. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the central part of Alsancak. There are several good restaurants nearby where you can have lunch. The breakfast was average, but I think it corresponded to the price-quality ratio.

The location was brilliant and we were late checking in and they waited for us, parked our car and showed us to our room. It was near the waterfront in Izmir, very convenient for business, I think. It has a business vibe to it. Really wild decor and a lot of bizarre art works but nice enough. The breakfast was HUGE and with loads of choice. Hot or cold, fruits, jams, olives, yogurt, etc.

I had a wonderful time at Zeniva Hotel in Izmir! The location is unbeatable, just a walking distance to Kordon, Izmir's scenic seaside promenade, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the stunning views. The hotel itself is cozy, with personalized service that makes you feel truly well taken care of. The breakfast was good enought, with a lovely selection to start the day off in the right manner.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The location is great, close to everything in the city but off a side street so very quiet. Breakfast included was standard although real coffee was extra charge (Nescafé free). Aircon didn’t work even though they looked at it. Strangely after the first cleaning day cushions were taken from the bed and sofa. Staff were quiet but helpful.

The room was very comfortable, had a good selection of tea and coffee, and the bathroom was great. For the location it was easy enough to walk everywhere you could need in Izmir. There is parking but the hotel staff do it as a valet, so you just pull into the front of the hotel and they will sort the car out.

Clean and cool hotel. I would stay here again. It's right by the water and close enough to areas in town.

The room was really big enough for two, snacks in fridge if you wanted them. Staff very helpful when I got there. They got my room ready early, by noon, since I arrived in the early morning. Airport taxi was summoned for next morning. They helped with my heavy suitcase taking to room when I checked in as well. Friendly and spook English well. Quiet, no sounds from other rooms or bother of street noise. Quite satisfied. Near waterfront for walking and restaurants.

The location was the best for us, right on the water, we got to run on the waterfront path each morning. It was central to what we were there for and had good restaurants and shops around. Overall a comfortable stay and a really nice breakfast included.

The room was very clean. The room was serviced daily. Breakfast was great. Reception is 24/7. We arrived at 12:30 am as we had a late flight. Reception was there to greet us and take our bags up to our room - service is at its best no matter what time of day. We left at 5am on our last day and the kitchen was able to accommodate us for breakfast at that early hour. We really enjoyed our stay!
